Amadio's nationality - Australian or New Zealand?[edit]

John Amadio was born in New Zealand but emigrated to Australia with his family at the age of 16 or 17. He is described variously in the references as "Australian", "Australasian" and "'British' Australian" but never as "New Zealander".
