Date of death[edit]

By my knowledge and Googling, the only date is "2023" because Gibbons Stamp Monthly published an obituary in its June 2023 issue (in store in May), but not two other British philatelic publications of the same publishing months. I will add other sources as soon as they are published.

Need Template to quote another Wiki article correctly[edit]

To Wikipedians passing-by: to make easy as I own the book A Timeless Classic, I copied-pasted-adapted parts of Machin series article into this one.
