Looks like an unsourced resumé[edit]

Article currently looks and reads like an unsourced resumé. It needs evidence that Jarvaise meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines - either the general ones (WP:GNG) or those specifically for artists (WP:ARTIST). There is currently no evidence in the article that he meets either. Even his own website is under construction! Judging by the name of the creator of this article, there may also be a conflict of interest issue. Because I'm a member of the Wikipedia Visual Arts project I wouldn't want to launch an AfD immediately, but if I can't find any decent sources I may have no alternative. There is also some confusion whether his birth year is 1924 or 1931, which needs to be cleared up. Sionk (talk) 13:29, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
