I definitely watched a WW2 movie set in Scandinavia or northern Europe with James Franciscus (not "Snow Treasure") wherein he starred as an Allied agent or local partisan attempting to sabotage a ferry used by the Germans. It was in colour, possibly from the mid to late 1960's and I distinctly remember James Franciscus' name in the film titles. It's neither listed on Wikipedia nor the IMDB.
