BLP Violation (though the subject is now deceased)[edit]

I have removed the following content since they violate WP:BLPREMOVE and WP:AVOIDVICTIM though the subject is now deceased but the content was added when he was alive.;

Following the scandal of his son Rajakumaran's insider trading case, Rajaratnam was sued by Sri Lankan victims of the rebel Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) for allegedly giving millions of dollars to "terrorists".^[1]^[2] The plaintiffs alleged that Rajaratnam had made charitable contributions of $5 million to the Tamils Rehabilitation Organisation, an organisation with alleged ties to the LTTE.^[3]

Raj Rajaratnam’s contribution to Tamils Rehabilitation Organisation (TRO) and the subsequent findings of its connection with Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam(LTTE) is well covered in the subject’s article and no need to repeat in his father’s page. And Raj Rajaratnam‘s and J. M. Rajaratnam’s donations to Tamils Rehabilitation Organisation took place well before TRO was banned by the US and the Sri Lankan Governments and when it was operating as a legitimate Non-Government Organization....and affiliating unnecessarily the subjects violates WP:AVOIDVICTIM criteria - “...Wikipedia editors must not act, intentionally or otherwise, in a way that amounts to participating in or prolonging the victimization.”

And those who added the content, failed to keep NPOV by not adding the defendant’s lawyer’s statement and violated BLP.^[4];

"The accusation that Mr. Rajaratnam supported the LTTE is flatly untrue and libelous, and we are confident that the Court will dismiss these baseless charges. Mr. Rajaratnam has the greatest sympathy for all victims of violence in Sri Lanka and has a long history of helping Sri Lankans of all ethnic groups through substantial charitable donations over many years."
