Full name[edit]

Why is this article titled "James Harvie Wilkinson III" when everywhere else the judge is known as "J. Harvie Wilkinson III"? He does not go by James--shouldn't the name correspond to what the judge goes by on his books and on official Fourth Circuit publications?
