Jerusalem Talmud interpretation[edit]

It seems [that Interpretation des Ersten Abschnitts des Palästinischen Talmud-Traktates Nesikin https://www.worldcat.org/title/interpretation-des-i-vi-abschnittes-des-palast-talmud-traktats-nesikin/oclc/10024181] is an article printed in the 1895 edition yearbook (Jahresbricht) of the Jewish Theological Seminary of Breslau. Online versions of the yearbook exist here (hathitrust.org) but both 1895 and 1905 are missing.

Mentions of the article survived in various forms and a Hebrew translation of the prolog exists, in the Herzog College Teacher's Seminary yearbook of 1999 (5759) Neta'im.
