hmm...I wouldn't say this was performed in support of the album on the '71 tours. I have most of the "collectors club" editions, and Islands appears on none of them. The first recording I have after the album is Jakko's Bruised Romantic Glee Club. I'm inclined to think there's not enough content to justify having the song have its own page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Acroyear (talkcontribs) 06:36, 11 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

"Islands" was performed live during October 1971, with recordings available from three consecutive shows: Bournemouth, Brighton, and Leicester. No recordings are available of the previous few gigs, so it's unknown if "Islands" was performed at those. It was not performed at the following Sheffield gig, but the next several gigs also lack recordings. It was definitely not played live for very long, apparently because it was too slow and quiet for the mood and pace of the shows at the time.
The song was revived on the 2017 tour, and played on all subsequent tours through the final tour in 2021. It seems to have been played at nearly every show on those tours, often closing the first half of the set before intermission. It was definitely a highlight of those tours and one of the few tracks to remain on the set list so continuously.
