Thanks to all for their work on this page. I have restored the italicisation of an album title that was inadvertently removed.
In the interests of consistency and economy, I have given only the city in which each work was premiered -- I know some of the venues, but not others. I would certainly argue against arbitrarily giving one venue among dozens. For this reason I have deleted the reference (and link) to the Wiener Taschenoper.
I might say that the collaboration with a theatre dedicated to new operas is more than a location and worth mentioning. Think about it. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:34, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
