Last name transliteration[edit]

It seems to me that the true title of this article should be Khakamada, with Hakamada redirecting to it, not vice versa: regardless of the transliteration of the original Japanese, hers is now a Russian name represented in Cyrillic, and the latter translit rules should apply.

But why? It's a Japanese last name. Just because she lives in Russia, it doesn't mean anything. Unless you can show us that she herself translates her last name this way, this change can not be approved.

Her farther and uncle[edit]

"Irina's father, Mutsuo Hakamada, was a communist who made policical asylum to Soviet just before the world war II and got the nationality of Soviet. He is far from POW; his brother, Satomi Hakamada, arrested in 1935 and was in prison until 1945 in Japan, became vice chair (No.2) of Japan Communist Party." FRom [13] "Khakamada is a second-generation Japanese-Russian. Her uncle, Satomi Hakamada, once served as deputy chairman of the Japanese Communist Party. She is the step-sister of Prof. Shigeki Hakamada, a noted Russian scholar at Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo." [14]
