Regarding request for deletion[edit]

A request for deletion of this article was made by User:Ubiquity, because there was only one external reference, an op-ed in the Chronicle of Higher Education which referred to it as a degree mill. If that piece from 2004 were the only mention of IUGS, I would agree with deletion. Since then, however, it's become properly accredited. I've added an external reference to that effect and removed the request for deletion.
