I Know What You Did Last Summer (franchise)I Know What You Did Last Summer (film series) – Per WP:NCFILM, the disambiguator "(franchise)" should only be used for multimedia franchises. This is just a film series article and was moved without discussion earlier in the year. 212.135.65.247 (talk) 14:29, 27 November 2019 (UTC)}}[reply]

  • Oppose. There is a 'Television' section to the article, and there is apparently a TV series in pre-production. If a TV series does get produced, then this will be a true "multimedia franchise". So there's no point in moving right now, until we see whether the TV series does get produced or not – IOW, let's prevent a move now that could have to be reversed in just a few months. Also, there looks to have been at least one book published as a result of the films, so it may qualify as a "franchise" just based on that. --IJBall (contribstalk) 18:44, 27 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
That's the wrong way round. It should be only be moved to a "(franchise)" disambiguator once the TV series has been produced. It's no big hardship to move it now, and then back later if warranted. And the book "published as a result of the films" is a copy of the screenplay, which hardly amounts to a multimedia franchise. 212.135.65.247 (talk) 13:31, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
On the contrary – refer to WP:TITLECHANGES. --IJBall (contribstalk) 13:53, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I can't see anything at WP:TITLECHANGES that is relevant in this case. This isn't a stable title. It was moved without discussion or explanation earlier this year. 212.135.65.247 (talk) 14:16, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Started out as a novel. There's a whole "Other media" section. Ribbet32 (talk) 17:32, 1 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Just because it was based on a novel does not qualify it for "multimedia franchise" status. The "Other media" section is just the novel and a copy of the screenplay. This is not a multimedia franchise. 212.135.65.247 (talk) 13:31, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
