I have a feeling that Instant Messaging is usually called "IM", is pretty widespread, and sometimes people don't even know that "IM" expands to "Instant Messaging". Should we move it nearer to the top of the page so people will find it? On the other hand, I don't know how the other "IM" acronyms compare on those measures. (HTTP referrer data could be useful here to tell us which links on the disambig page are more popular...)
