The page should not be titled "ICP license". The main page title should be spelled out, and should probably be "Chinese Internet Content Provider license". Links to the page should spell it out also, on first use where the link is. ★NealMcB★ (talk) 14:14, 9 September 2013 (UTC)

It's "Licence"[edit]
