Hi - this is an account maintained by the Union of Concerned Scientists. The Hybrid Scorecard was actually retired in 2013 (http://www.ucsusa.org/clean_vehicles/smart-transportation-solutions/advanced-vehicle-technologies/hybrid-cars/hybrid-scorecard-retired.html), so I'm going to update this page to reflect that.
