Scope (and title) of this page[edit]

Hello Alpha Lion, great work creating this page! I'm very happy to see new content on this topic, since the coverage of history at Entheogen is rather haphazard. I'm not sure how long you've been on Wikipedia as you don't yet have a user page, but if you are new, welcome to Wikipedia! :) I imagine other editors will reach out in due time as well.

We may eventually run into the issue that the term entheogen is not very clearly defined, which could make it hard to decide what deserves inclusion. If this comes up definitely feel free to ping me or post on my talk page. In the meantime, keep up the great work! I'll add a few things as I have time.

Reliable sources[edit]

Hi Alpha Lion, thanks for your continued work on this page. I am concerned, though, that as you add more you have not been adding sources to support most of what you've included. You might want to read WP:RS. Put simply, everything added to Wikipedia needs to have a reliable source and that source needs to be cited so everyone can see what it is. Also, if you copy material from elsewhere on Wikipedia you are required to say so in your edit summary (for example, just write "Copied in material from the page Ayahuasca").

If you have any questions about any of this, just let me know and I'm happy to help. Gazelle55 (talk) 18:58, 8 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in History of entheogenic drugs[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of History of entheogenic drugs's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 19:57, 1 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
