Possible inconsistencies in Mongol rule section[edit]

Hello, I am trying to do some general improvements to this article, in particular copy editing, but I hit a wall in the Mongol rule section. There appear to be (from my very uninformed perspective) at least three different descriptions of the events during this period. Perhaps I am just confused by certain peoples having multiple names. Anyway, I am happy to do cleanup if someone can clarify the following:

  • Are the different timelines contradictory?
  • Is there a reference I can look at?
  • What names mean the same thing, and which refer to distinct groups?

Thanks Happy Squirrel(Please let me know how to improve!) 00:23, 5 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Anti-Russian slant[edit]

While I understand that Russia was the latest occupying force in Tuva, I am finding particularly the last few sections almost disturbingly anti-Russian. I will try to source and balance the material, but I am not familiar with the history and politics in the area. I would appreciate input. Mongol Rule screwed up timeline‽‽‽‽‽‽‽[edit]

Hello Wikipedia users, So the Mongol Rule portion of the article goes haywire around the 18th century because as soon as it mentions something which occurred during that time it goes all the way back to the 14th century.

Now, I believe for this to be a problem since it will leave readers and editors dumbfounded on where to either put new information or connect already gathered information.

I do not have a solution to this problem, but if someone does, please reply to this on how to do so, or alternatively (and less time consuming) you can fix it yourself. Justantheraccount (talk) 19:52, 23 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
