COI[edit]

A user named @Hsnob effectively wrote most of this article. I didn't revert to the version before their edits because it was very outdated. Anyway most of the sources are published by the subject, so this article requires cleanup. HansVonStuttgart (talk) 09:00, 5 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at Wikipedia:Who Wrote That?, here's the remaining text written by that account:
From the lead:
"Highsnobiety is a global fashion and lifestyle media brand....Highsnobiety has a digital-first publishing approach. The print magazine first launched in 2010, with quarterly issues published globally."
The first three paragraphs of ==Company activities==:
"Highsnobiety Shop, a multi-brand online fashion and lifestyle retailer, was launched in 2019. Highsnobiety launched their apparel collection in 2021.
Since 2018, the brand publishes regular research papers in the fields of luxury and young consumer trends in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group.
In 2021, Highsnobiety launched Gate Zero, a travel retail concept with locations in Zurich International Airport. In 2022, travel retail company Gebr. Heinemann announced a joint venture to expand the concept, beginning with a location at Copenhagen International Airport."
The lead's fine; there is obviously nothing inappropriate in that text. The rest sounds pretty typical for describing company activities, as well, though the last item leaves me yawning (what's "a travel retail concept", and why should anybody care?). @HansVonStuttgart, do you see anything here that actually needs to be fixed? Thanks for the reply. Looking at it again, I don't know why I thought this article used connected sources, but clearly it doesn't. I'll remove the COI tag and see if I should add Template:Connected contributor here instead. HansVonStuttgart (talk) 08:16, 21 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
