There are some issued with the two articles Air Luxor and Hi Fly, which need to be ruled out. From the information given in the articles, it seems that Air luxor was founded in 1998 and it was tried to rebrand the company as Hi Fly in 2005. The article is not really clear here, as it is suggested that the Hi Fly airline was indeed set up by the same people who owned Air Luxor, but as a different company. Dunno what the general consensus is concerning such rebrandings. The Hi Fly article claims the airline was founded either in 2003 (article text), 2005 (infobox) or in 1997 (category), so I guess an expert is needed to rule out which information is correct.
