this needs work[edit]

It says he was a "squatter" in the beginning but no reference is made to him being poor. If the word "squatter" is not being used to denote someone who is living illegally on vacant land, this needs to be explained.

There are several badly-worded sentences and no where in this article does it tell me the places mentioned are in Australia.
