"son of a French atheist and an Englishwoman" sounds outright weird. what warrants the specification of his father's religious orientation, and are all Englishwomen by nature religious? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.230.196.177 (talk) 20:21, 3 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Is the part about his grave being mistaken for oscar wilde's supposedly explanatory of the vandalism, or simply deemed related? Is either claim accurate and verifiable? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.206.76.239 (talk) 16:03, 7 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Publication date of Le Feu[edit]

Le Feu was published in Paris by E. Flammarion in 1916; it was not published in 1926. I will not cite a source for this, except to say look at Worldcat or LOC. Publication dates are easily checked online; you can't just change the date to whatever year is listed in your copy! Rgr09 (talk) 04:57, 29 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
