Page Makeover[edit]

Okay, so I redid the page to make it look like the others of its kind. What do you think? It is a good start? I mean, I just wanted to gt the page on the right track from it's old page. I uploaded the image myself, but if anyone can find a less blurry one, that'll be great. Betsy Bubblegum 02:35, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:HelloGoodbyecover.jpg[edit]

Image:HelloGoodbyecover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Why this album is notable[edit]

The Wikipedia:Notability (music) page indicates: "..if the musician... is considered notable, then officially released albums may have sufficient notability..." Since Jump5 has been together for seven years, has released three gold albums, two gold DVDs, and one platinum album, they are notable. This is their last CD, it has received adequate coverage, and thus is notable. If you have any questions, feel free to post on my talk page. LetsGo67 (talk) 23:33, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Album reviews[edit]

I added several professional reviews. The scope of coverage and the third-party assertion of rotation on Radio Disney should meet NALBUM.

However, I would like a second opinion on one review source. CBN is obviously OK; it's a major Christian media outlet. CCM Magazine is also OK, as a major Christian music publication. Jesusfreakhideout.com, despite the name, has been around for 19 years, and is a Christian-focused music site. Therefore, they seemed to me to be knowledgeable enough to assume RS. The same with Phantom Tollbooth, although their layout leaves much to be desired in the way of professional presentation.

The potential problem is with Common Sense Media. The review is very succinct, but the group is a children's advocacy group, so if they reviewed the album they had to have a reason to review it. It's not essential given the other reviews (which are better), but if it's removed as a review source, please be aware I'm sourcing an airplay claim to it as well with a refname tag, so please port the ref over.
