Added "money" to the resource section, not sure why it wasn't there in the first place. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.128.156.123 (talkcontribs)

I thought Andorra was NOT a country until 1993, putting it well out of the game's timeframe? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.114.99.74 (talkcontribs)

Andorra was able to stay neutral throughout WWII I believe --KingZog 06:35, 6 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Andorra has been an independent country since the middle ages. Richy 06:06, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Principality of Andorra or simply Andorra has been an independent country since 13th century, as a co-principality (between Urgell's Bishop and the French king, now the President of the French Republic). In 1993 becomes a Constitutional Parliamentary Principality. Due to its neutrality during the WWII it managed to stay out of it, although it had to fraternize with both fascist powers (Franco's ultra-nationalism in Spain and totalitarian Hitler government in the invaded France) on either side of its frontiers to avoid an invasion.

PS. Andorra has never been a City-State.

All references to atrocities removed?[edit]

That's not correct there are references mainly to German atrocities (or whatever you wanna call it), for example the German reaction on the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich is mentioned in the Game. --AchtungAchtung 14:57, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Even if that's true, it doesn't excuse the ridiculous effort they've undergone to remove almost all notions of Nazism from the game. Immortal Glory (talk) 18:48, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Bomb[edit]

How do you get it built I have reactors and everything? Also do you think we should mention the aliens in this article?

You have to build at least 8 nuclear reactors, then a random option to build the bomb via the special weapons screen will be offered. You at first need to at least have a squadron of strategic bombers and once a bomb is produced, it can be added as an attachment to one of the bombers. --Trevorsem (talk) 09:56, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Mods[edit]

Could someone explain how to get the Harry Turtledove mod to work? I tried to follow the instructions but it tells me to copy a file and then paste it and when I right click on it I get numerous options but none of them are paste or cut or anything like that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jamhaw (talkcontribs) 16:32, 6 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Hoi2sinojapwar.jpg[edit]

Image:Hoi2sinojapwar.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

German version name changes[edit]

It's interesting that Hitler becomes Hiller, a common Jewish name, in the German version. Dunno if that really should be mentioned as it's more trivia than anything. Could be some kind of irony on Paradox's part but I doubt it so I left it out in my previous edits. 24.10.48.67 (talk) 13:36, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Third party add-on's[edit]

Why are third-party add-on's listed here? It isn't normal to do so is it? Heywoodg talk 22:01, 11 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
