Range[edit]

I keep reading about 200 km electric range everywhere. If this is the maximum range, how could this plane ever be certified to carry passengers? There are rules to have sufficient fuel for holding at the destination and diverting to an alternate airport. This alone is way more than 200km... Does anybody have information how this huge problem is meant to be solved?
