Other Harlow Wilcox[edit]

In the 1940's & 50's, NBC & CBS employed an announcer by the name of Harlow Wilcox[1], and as an Anchor for many years on the most popular shows of the time, he ought to have a page of his own. He was the announcer for Fibber McGee & Molly, Amos & Andy, and other hit shows. 63.162.27.34 (talk) 23:33, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

May be worth putting up an article for him... Chubbles (talk) 20:52, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sadly, TPH, you didn't read the talk page before you deleted the note, twice. If you had, it might have occurred to you that I wasn't joking when I initimated that it belonged here. Nor did you check the page history; if you had, you would have found out that this page began life as a redirect to Fibber McGee and Molly. We need some way of connecting FM&M to this page. If you have a problem with formatting, then fix the formatting. If you have a problem with original research, then remove the original research. But please, whatever you do, stop and think about it, and be careful when you do it. Chubbles (talk) 00:32, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Here's a brilliant idea. Make an article on the guy. There's no point in having a dablink point to two articles which don't even mention him. Ten Pound Hammer, his otters and a clue-bat • (Many ottersOne batOne hammer) 00:36, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Eh, well, another stupid policy I'm now aware of. Funny how many of those we have now. Thanks for decreasing the site's functionality! Cheers. Chubbles (talk) 00:47, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
