I removed the entries for Brandi Carlile and Rufus Wainright because these artists didn't write songs called "Hallelujah" but performed covers of the Leonard Cohen song. Someone removed, without explanation, the mention I gave to the X Factor winner's version of the Cohen song. Whatever you may think of X Factor or that version, please don't do that again - people interested in X Factor or its winner will be looking for that song, without necessarily knowing that it's the Cohen song rather than any of the others that they want.
