Per WP:CANSTYLE and WP:PRIMARYUSAGE, the city in Ontario should use the undisambiguated title. An internet search (excluding Wikipedia and its mirrors) for the term Guelph (excluding the terms "Guelphs and Ghibellines" and "House of Welf") provides results overwhelmingly associated with the city. Support. The existing DAB page is made up almost entirely of secondary uses relating to the Ontario city, and thus do not give rise to a need for disambiguation. Guelphs and Ghibellines and House of Welf do not qualify for the plain Guelph title, so there is again no need for disambiguation.
