There seams to be some controversy as to where Bird was born. ESPN has him born in Memphis. While MLB and Baseball reference has Aurora. Boardg (talk) 17:07, 8 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The sources provided in the article body say Memphis. MLB and BR are, as sometimes happens, incorrect, as Bird himself stated that he is originally from Memphis and moved to Colorado before high school. hi, can someone please add that Bird played for the Austrlian Baseball League from 2023 to 2024. He ended up leading the league in Home Runs for the season 73.215.28.171 (talk) 23:02, 25 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
