Firstly, please sign your posts on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~). That will automatically add your name with links to your talk page and a time stamp.

I would highly advise against moving it to mainspace. It will be nominated for deletion immediately. You should probably read WP:Your first article. We have articles (with some specific exceptions, religious institutions nor buildings not being among them) only on subjects that are notable. notability is created when there is significant coverage in multiple reliable sources. You seem not to understand those concepts by the number of articles you have had deleted. This is a cool building. Please keep working on the article.
