Untitled[edit]

I would like to change a sentence in the description of the Global Humanitarian Forum. The sentence is the first one in the second paragraph, "The organisation encountered serious financial diffulties due to which the Forum had to dismiss senior staff such as its Director Martin Frick and its Communication Director in March 2010.[1][2]"

The implication is that Director Martin Frick and the Communication Director were responsible for the financial difficulties, which was never claimed by the Forum. An anonymous source was quoted in one of the articles cited, accusing Mr. Frick of "killing" the Forum. (Le Temps). I strongly object to this, as no one else said it, and I don't believe Wikipedia should highlight something that was said anonymously and has no basis in fact.)

Full disclosure: I am the communication director. The communication director is not mentioned at all in these articles cited, and the implication that he (I) was responsible for the problems is also unproven and misleading.

I respectfully ask that this sentence be deleted. If you want to cite the articles, that's fine. Just attach them to the other sentence in the paragraph.
