German[edit]

Wasn't Gerald Wiegert from an German immigrant when he started Vector Supercars, as I read it somewhere in a book. WilliRennen 22:42, 25 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I mean, was a German immigrant...

No, you are thinking of the holding company that forced Wieger out. Karrmann

Vector[edit]

I'm removing everything regarding the Vector company as well as the Vector cars, as it just duplicates info from their respective articles, and add nothing about Wiegert himself. Pc13 08:41, 13 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Attempting to remove editorialism, repair massive style problems[edit]

I'm going to be editing this page even more heavily; the remaining bits include opinion language "He's a world class grifter" that is not only out of bounds for any reference work, but potentially actionable. Additionally, this piece needs to have the mechanics tightened up; contractions are a nonstarter in Wikipedia articles. P.F. Bruns (talk) 23:37, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV[edit]

This article is clearly biased and has probably been edited by the man himself - just look at the quotes and the Aquajet section - basically an advertisement. 69.116.91.38 (talk) 18:03, 22 August 2009 (UTC) This Article is very biased. Gerald Wiegert has been collecting money from people for years, he brags about 8 million being invested to build his new car. He hasn't built anything since the early 90s in regards to Vector. I think I've managed to catch the worst of the unsourced claims and pulled out the promotional quotes. Not sure if it's enough to remove the POV tag though...--Jezebel'sPonyoshhh 20:36, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Aquajet website[edit]

Is the Aquajet website legit? I think it's fake. --Christian140 (talk) 16:27, 23 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
