A Publishing Empire[edit]

Vibal rose from a small toy to a kingdom within a empire in a republican publication arena. Legacy? Yes, the queen and founder Esther Asuncion Vibal would bow down soon to enthrone Gus to the Golden Throne of Philippine Publication and education. Maybe this is a prophecy but I joined the 3 mystic dwarves in asking editors to expand this article, as when I created WikiPilipinas. ---Florentino floro (talk) 11:42, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Prosperity, wealth, Ego, recognition, legacy, and ...[edit]

I had the instinct to create this and other articles on human Prosperity. Artemio Panganiban's 10 books focus on Prosperity, not of small Filipinos but the chosen few. Hilario Davide, denied my request on December, 1999, to resign amid the dwarf case amid Regino C. Hermosisima, Jr.'s information and gazing. Since July 20, 1999 until today, I am very proud to be jobless in pretend world, since these Filipino jurists taught me to master the art of pain. I created Zac Sunderland, since like this article of Vibal, many like these guys wanted to be world famous. In fact when I created Fernando Suarez, I faced a blank wall of homily -[1] - Suarez aimed to be mobbed, but the links about him are too few and often local. I stated on counter, that, evangelists do heal and resurrect the dead, make the lame walk daily. Even Chief Justices of the world do decide cases daily. But dwarf being blamed for making a judge Filipino jobless, that is immortal. Zac, Bedsworth, Vibal, Panganiban and Suarez, like Hermosisima will fade like the grass (Psalm 37), and you can't find them even with all these termite and dust Filipiniana, etc. But centuries later, Filipino dwarfs LUIS, Armand and Angel would be remembered and will never be forgotten even by little children, jurists, psychics, law students, and beggars, like myself. So I added this:

Birth of Vibal's e-turo.org[edit]

On June 12, 2008, the 110th Philippine Declaration of Independence day, e.turo.org was created by the Vibal Foundation, a nonprofit organization which previously launched Filipiniana.net, and WikiPilipinas.org (a reference guide on the Philippines). Tin Mandigma, editor-in-chief of E-turo.org explained that it is an e-learning portal which "seeks to provide free and quality learning materials online to teachers and students; it gives teachers access to lesson plans and modules based on textbook materials published by Vibal Publishing House, Inc. amid plans to offer Department of Education-approved content from various learning institutions as supplementary teaching materials. One of the most common complaints of teachers is that while the Internet has so much information, most of it cannot be adapted to the local classroom.
