Categories change explained[edit]

I have moved this back to Category:Scottish Liberal Party politicians from Category:Scottish Liberal Party councillors as while a member of the Scottish Liberal Party, no councillor was elected in Dundee as a Liberal (or as Conservative/Unionist) at this time, with members of both parties running as Moderates under the auspices of the Municipal Electors Association and its successor the Dundee Ratepayers Association.
