Telescope? Telescopes? Binoculars?[edit]

@Archeologo (Museo Galileo): There seems real confusion here: is this article about one telescope (as in the source), or two telescopes as in the image (and please translate the image title, this is English Wikipedia), or one or more pairs of binoculars? And please write in proper sentences, even if adapting text from another source which does not do so. The words The original telescope made by Galileo consisting of a main tube and two smaller housings in which the objective and the eyepiece are mounted. are not a sentence.
