Perhaps the redirect should be switched, so that "Galactic corona" redirect to "dark matter halo" instead of the other way around. I've never heard the term "galactic corona" used, however the term "dark matter halo" is in common usage. Privong 16:58, 4 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

i agree - corona is used about the spheroid - which is about 10^9 solar masses of stars - about 1000 times less massive than the DM halo. Boud 14:48, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
