Picture and caption[edit]

I see you figured it could be centered with <center>...</center> tags, but the style guide does not recommend centering captions under pictures in the article body. Alternatively we could try placing the picture in the infobox, in which case the caption will be centered. About the picture: I have placed it in the infobox and then reverted it. You can see how it looks by browsing the page history and looking at my versions (left-floating and in the infobox). Personally, I think we should not use the rocket's picture here, because it launched several satellites and does not inform the reader. If an old book had a photograph or a diagram of the GGSE payload, that would be awesome. — JFG ^talk 14:32, 7 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

As an alternative, we could create a single article for the January 1964 flight, illustrated by the rocket picture, with a section for each of the four payloads. Redirects can ensure that the article is accessed when looking for any payload name. — JFG ^talk 14:34, 7 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your attention! I want to have some kind of picture -- they make an article look more complete to the layman. I put the picture on the left for balance purposes since the article is so short.

As for doing a group article, I had at one time considered that, but they are all widely different payloads. Unfortunately, there is virtually no information available on GGSE, but it deserves a placeholder stub. Hence... the dilemma! :) --Neopeius (talk) 15:12, 7 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
