Ultra-light at Freeway?[edit]

I find the statement that an ultra-light is based at Freeway quite dubious, due to the requirements of the DC Special flight rules area. Any idea where that statement originated? — Jkudlick ^tc_s 17:54, 24 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
