Naturalized Citizen[edit]

There appears to be an inconsistency; if Kaltenbach was born in Dubuque, Iowa he would be a natural born citizen and not a naturalized one. Dick Kimball (talk) 00:48, 18 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
