Source of birth date[edit]

I couldn't cite this from anything in print, so I'm citing it here. I looked exhaustively for Fred's birthdate online, but couldn't find it. I then e-mailed the Performance Today website, and got an e-mail back from Fred with his birthdate as 3/30/1963. Softlavender (talk)
