Hey there... I've had to ✗ Fail this article this time around. I don't think you've quite done what was requested in the last GAN. However, I'll give you a list of stuff to fix:

Well written

• The section was taken out of the song after their fans requested it be taken out. - a few redundancies in there... you can cut one of the 'taken out's
• The "Freak on a Leash" music video was released... - don't need the name of the song there
• As a result, the band released a music video that currently has won both the Best Short Form Music Video and the MTV Video Music Awards and has retired from Total Request Live. - there are many better ways to phrase that sentence
• With mixed reviews, the single... - Maybe a sentence on its own about the mixed reviews.
• "noisy guitar break in the middle," - comma should be outside the quote
• and is considered to be one of their most successful singles - you don't need to say "single" because you said it in earlier in the sentence, and "considered to be" could be done away with if that's based on sales.
• kinky dominatrix thing." - again, full stop should be outside the quotes
• Explain who David Lloyd is
• language words," - and again
• The Origin section in general you can cut the amount of times you mention the song name (just say "the song")
• Move the image over to the right to avoid divorcing the text from the heading (that is, make the text be right under the heading, not pushed over as it is now)
• The video "gives all involved the chance to flaunt their strengths" and "twists an animated adventure around the children he created for the Follow the Leader cover art." - Full stop outside quotes, and these quotes need citing
• Korn's performance at Woodstock 1999 was described as "thunderous." - quotes again, and you don't have to name the festival twice. Also, provide who called it thunderous.
• It became the ninth video that was retired from Total Request Live - "Retired"? What on Earth does that mean? Wikilink, or explain. (Just noticed you do wikilink it in the Reception section - move that up please)
• received generally mixed reviews by critics. - is there a Metacritic reference for this somewhere?
• "Freak on a Leash" has been used in Puma commercials, was featured in The Simpsons episode "Stop or My Dog Will Shoot". - is that really necessary information?

Facts and junk

• A few of the things up there are appropriate for this section too so I shan't repeat myself
• Please, please, please try and find a source that isn't Discogs for the tracklistings. Does Korn's site provide them? Allmusic? Discogs is considered unreliable but if there is literally nothing else...
• Before Follow the Leader was released, Korn promoted the studio album by headlining the Family Values Tour in 1998. "Freak on a Leash" was the first song played on their first tour date. - cite both of these facts
• There's a wee bit of original research here, "considered to be"s all over

Broadness

• Maybe a paragraph on the structure of the song itself. It looks like you're struggling to make the article longer (which may explain the numerous times you name the song) so maybe have a look at Hollaback Girl - a different genre entirely but still has the structure you need to follow.

Neutral, Stability and Images

• Immensely popular, most successful...
• Maybe make the alt cover filesize smaller.

Can I just add...

Sorry to butt in, but I think it's important to mention that it is by no means clear what the alt cover is adding to the article. If it is genuinely signficant, why is it not even mentioned in the article? Non-free images should be used in articles only when their presence significantly adds to reader understanding. Even if it was warranted, the file is too large. Album covers will rarely need to be more than 300x300px. J Milburn (talk) 19:43, 5 January 2011 (UTC)
