work needed[edit]

Can some pls improve this article, perhaps starting with:

1) Remove or mitigate POV e.g.

From the beginning, astute commentators saw the evidence of criminality as very thin.

2) The appended bio of the related namesake should be moved to a separate page and disambiguated at the top.
