Impurities in illegally produced amphetamine.[edit]

How would the variation of concentration of this substance in illegally produced amphetamine be like? Could it be as much as 30% if the “chemist” were in fact not a chemist, but rather a troll with lab gear? I figured it would have been cleared out during purification, given it was done correctly.
