	Speedy deletions at commons tend to take longer than they do on Wikipedia, so there is no rush to respond. I propose to merge Forest Park Heights Historic District into this article, for the following reasons:

The historic district is part of the neighborhood (and is discussed briefly in the neighborhood article).
Both articles have serious weaknesses. The neighborhood article is promotional in tone and content, while the HD article is very short and lacks much in the way of meaningful information. A combined article would be of more value to readers than either article is by itself.
I propose that the HD content should be merged into the neighborhood article (instead of the other way around) because the neighborhood is larger than the HD. --Orlady (talk) 20:52, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
