This needs some serious editing before somebody calls plagiarism on us.[edit]

Here's the original source: https://www.cityoftulsa.org/government/departments/engineering-services/flood-control/flooding-history/ . Read through only a little of ours vs theirs, and you'll see. Btw, I mean just really the article between 1908 and the 1886 sections. 2019's section is looking & reading great. But the rest needs some rephrasing and text rearrangement.
