Please help build this article[edit]

Please help build this article. This is a noteworthy company seeing how they are the largest non-bank lender in Canada, especially with some growing interest and concern over mortgage and housing prices. I don't mean this article to sound like an advertisement, but I've started with some basic stats about the company's holding and I'd like it to become a better article, similar to another lending organization like Home Capital Group.
