Same vs Zame[edit]

鮫 is only pronounced as Zame under the rule of Rendaku. Which is why 飛翔鮫 is "Hishouzame" instead of "Hishousame". The word 鮫 on its own will never be pronounced as "Zame". Making up pronunciation to "help" with confusion of English speakers is not correct. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.15.123.34 (talk) 23:48, 29 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

That part I did not know, Rendaku was never something that was actually taught to me. It would have helped too if they gave us Kanji text books with the Transliteration and use next to them, but all we got where Kanji Textbooks with only the English Translation and the Kanji. The text books I've used did not use Rendaku, the text books they gave us only labeled English Translations i.e (風 Wind) and not transliterations like i.e (ふう)/(かぜ) or (風 Fū)/(風 Kaze), trying to learn from that was migraining. --Vaati the Wind Demon (talk) 00:12, 1 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
