Disadvantage: inlining?[edit]
In the article listed under disadvantages: "In some languages, like C++, the getter / setter methods are usually inline functions, so that when inlining is performed, the code looks just like direct field accessing."

I agree, I don't think this is a disadvantage. Moreover I don't think it has anything to do with a language, like C++, it's more a choice made by a compiler at compile time. --Tragicmm (talk) 16:54, 24 December 2013 (UTC)
