Merger reverted, 13 December 2015[edit]

I have just reverted a bold merger by 118.69.37.206 (talk) of this page into Mazda MX-5, as it did not seem beneficial in any way, given how cluttered the Mazda article is already and the amount of information which got lost in the process. Starting this discussion to gauge what the consensus is; in my opinion there are enough differences between the two vehicles to justify separate articles. —Cloverleaf II (talk) 15:14, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[edit]

I propose that this article be merged into Fiat 124 Sport Spyder. The new 124 Spyder is less of a successor to the old Spyder and more of a revival of the name, therefore it should be placed as a new generation of the 124 Sport Spyder and not as an entirely new model. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.87.80.108 (talk) 15:16, 25 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
