Article title[edit]

Per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (violence and deaths), since this homicide did not result in a murder conviction, the article title uses "killings" as opposed to "murders" or "shootings". With the case receiving renewed attention, if those circumstances change, the article title should change as well. If reliable sources begin show a tendency to popularly refer to the killings as lynchings, let's discuss those sources here, but as of now, it's just the book's title. czar 23:39, 5 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
