Release Date of First Volume[edit]

Currently, the article claims that the first volume was released on December 12, 2006. However, the light novel's official website [1] clearly shows that the actual date was December 29, 2006. Some claim that it was released prior to official release during Comiket, but the funny thing is Winter 2006 Comiket started on December 29, 2006. Until someone digs up a very good evidence for the original date. I will go with the release date from official website (most reliable source). Aqua3993 (talk) 21:53, 30 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

On the Servants[edit]

After we get enough information, should the new Servants get their respective articles? -- Psi edit 16:21, 1 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think definetelys o.o but where would we put the information and stuffies? would we make a whole new template? 'cause if we mix them all uppies, we can't call people simply "Archer" or "Caster" anymores, 'cause there is more than one who goes by the name o.o but actually it might not be a good idea with respective articles. Though I love the idea T.T I think it should just be in a wittle "Characters" section on the main page o.o don't you think?

I do agree that it could get confusing since you couldnt simply call a character by their servent type anymore but i dont see that as a reason to not give them each an individual page if enough information is aquired. Why not simply list the servent type and then list the servents that went under that type for the wars? of course this is just my opinion.NobleServent2 04:01, 15 January 2007 (UTC)NobleServent2[reply]

Sounds fine. Saber is the same. Gilgamesh has his own page and it already states that he was archer-class. Assassin is nearly the same as True Assassin. And all the other Servants can go under their perspective class articles. The masters and other characters from the novel should probably get one big article (probably named "List of Fate/Zero characters") if they don't have alot of info. For the already existing character articles, we'll just add info to them. -- Psi edit 04:29, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If enough information comes out to merit individual articles for the Servants that aren't the same as in stay night, then they should go under Rider (Fate/Zero), Caster (Fate/Zero), etc. In fact, we should probably go ahead and change the links either to that format (leaving them redlinked until enough info is available) or to a character list. It doesn't make sense to have a link for Iskander going to the article for Medusa, after all. Redxiv 08:35, 19 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

For Assassin, isn't it the same as "True Assassin" from Fate/stay night?

Yes and no. Instead of one "Assasin" included in the class. It seems that there are multiple Hashshahins that were summoned as one class. Also "True Assassin" is part of the same sect that Assassins are from and look the same. Psi edit 06:30, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The description of saber needs to be changed as the "Sword in the Stone"(which is called caliburn in fate/stay night) is a different sword then Excalibur, which is given to her by the lady of the lake.

Fate/Zero versus Fate/zero[edit]

Unlike other Type-Moon sites, this one's site capitalizes it as Fate/Zero. Move please. --149.4.205.200 (talk) 18:59, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Fate/Zero (with the capital Z) seems to be the preferred spelling by several official sources and by the Japanese wiki community. Please considering fixing?

Example 2: http://www.fate-zero.jp/ (look at the name of the page displayed at the top of your browser window)
Example 3: http://sai-zen-sen.jp/sa/fate-zero/ (likewise; see also navigational buttons on bottom of main page)

Moving to Fate/Zero, and others[edit]

1. I have sent a request for speedy deletion of Fate/Zero so this article can be moved there. (DONE)

2. Over the next few weeks I will create an article called "Characters in Fate/Zero" and migrate the character information from the main article to over there. This will only be done after the move is completed. (MOVE DONE)

3. List of Fate/zero episodes has already been successfully moved to List of Fate/Zero episodes.

What is this artwork?[edit]

I searched in Amazon.com and found the cover of the infobox image here but the book's release date say a different year. Is there some sort of redition of the novels or a confusion with the manga? We need to verify each book to create a table for its volumes.Tintor2 (talk) 15:37, 22 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
